Shipping Policy
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of every Ewoke outfit. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Ewoke outfits are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note within 5 days (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE, PLEASE NOTE:
Ensure that the product is unused and is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume or any other scent will not be accepted. Please take care when trying on the garments.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
DISCLAIMER :
1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
2. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
4. Please note, the above returns policy applies to all purchases made via the ewokestudio.com website only.
International Orders
1. We offer free international shipping only on orders above Rs.30,000. For orders below that amount, courier charge of Rs.2,500 is applicable on all orders.
2. Your card will be billed by the payment gateway when your payment is confirmed and subsequently the package will be shipped to the given address.
3. We try our best to ship our Ewoke outfits to you within 15 working days.
4. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners.
5. For UK and EU orders – Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. Other countries may have their own import taxes. These customs and VAT charges will have not be borne by Ewoke. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
6. Ewoke has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
7. We do not accept any refunds, returns or cancellations on international orders at the moment. Please confirm your size based on our size chart before placing the order. We would also be happy to assist you on call to order the right size. Say hello to us on Whatsapp on +919100004121!

Once your exchange request has been approved, Ewoke will assist you with pick up and shipping.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original invoices/tags/seals to be returned with the product.
Ewoke reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
All custom made orders are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
