We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 5 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns include exchange of size, style or credit note only. We offer a credit note valid for 3 months from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. All items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition. You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges. Simply write to contact@ewokestudio.com or call/WhatsApp on +91 9100004121. A return shipping fee of Rs 300 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for the pickup. Any customised pieces or those bought on sale or at a discounted price can not be exchanged or returned.
